What are rare items? And how do i get them?

Do you ever wonder where people get some clothing or den items that aren't sold in stores?? That means those items are 'rare'. That means those items were once sold in stores but now they don't. The only way you can get a 'rare' item is by trading other jammers. After a while those rare items will come back to stores, but until them jam on!
